Refund policy

Nabori does not currently offer an automatic free trial. From time to time we may run promotional trials or discount codes. When a promotion is active, we will tell you the exact terms (duration, what is included, when you will be charged) before you check out.

The activation fee is charged only on first purchase. If you are a consumer and withdraw within the statutory period, it is included in the withdrawal assessment; it is not automatically non-refundable. Outside statutory rights, contact us about work already performed.

Stopping renewal is separate from statutory withdrawal. Consumers contracting online generally have 14 days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw. If service starts during this period at your express request, a proportionate amount for services already delivered may be payable where the law permits. To exercise withdrawal, email an unequivocal statement to appnabori@gmail.com before the deadline; no reason is required. We reimburse amounts owed under the law without undue delay and within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Annual plans can be cancelled online to stop renewal. Mandatory Danish consumer rules on termination of continuing contracts and any resulting repayment take precedence over the contractual end date. Contact us if you seek an earlier statutory termination or refund.

Statutory remedies for faulty digital services remain available. To report a problem, email appnabori@gmail.com with your account email and the dates affected.

• Include the date of the charge and a short description of the issue.
• For statutory withdrawal, reimbursements are made within 14 days of notice; other refunds are processed promptly after approval.
